Since August 2005 no more fieldwork is possible in the remote areas of Batticaloa due to the security situation. We have collected programme details at a range of sources, such as divisional secretariats, UN OCHA, RADA, consortium for local NGOs (Innayam), and major iNGOs plus independent fieldwork (MEARCH).
